    题目两个世界与双重身份数字经济时代的平台劳动过程与劳动关系

    Two Worlds and Double Identity: Labor Process and Relationship of Platform in Digital Era

    摘要:本文尝试以外卖平台骑手从事的非典型劳动为例,从劳动过程入手揭示数字经济时代骑手身处的两个世界以及由此带来的双重身份、两重劳动与双重价值新劳动二重性以此为基础进入劳动关系的分析生产资料所有权决定从属性的理论视角出发指出电动车等骑手所有的运输工具只在现实世界的运输劳动中具有生产资料属性而在数字世界的采集劳动中却是一般意义上的交通工具鉴于骑手只能依赖平台公司提供的平台软件App采集数据并为平台公司创造数据价值因此在被遮蔽的数字世界和数据采集劳动中骑手绝非独立承包商而是未被承认的雇员本文旨在表明平台劳动过程与劳动关系研究紧密相关,在被遮蔽的劳动过程中掩藏着劳动关系的真相。

    This paper tries to take the non-typical labor of the riders engaged in the take-away platform as an example, and reveals the two worlds of the riders in the era of digital economy and the dual identity, dual labor and dual value brought by it from the labor process, that is, the duality of new labor. Starting from the theoretical perspective of " dependency is determined by ownership of means of production", it is pointed out that electric vehicles and other means of transport owned by riders only have the attributes of means of production in the real world transportation labor., while they are general means of transportation in the digital world of data collection labor. Since the rider can only rely on the platform software provided by the platform company to collect data and create data value for the platform company, the rider is not an independent contractor but an unrecognized employee in the hidden digital world and data collection labor. The purpose of this paper is to show that the platform labor process is closely related to the study of labor relations, and the hidden labor process hides the truth of labor relations.

    题目:乡村振兴背景下村治主体的缺位与行政再造

    The Absence and Administrative Reconstruction of Village Governance Agents under the Background of Rural Revitalization

    摘要:乡村振兴背景下中西部农业型村庄出现新一轮村治主体缺位困境,表现为无人治村治村无方的难题,酝酿着多层面的治理危机。在村庄内生乏力的情况下,行政供给思路具有可行性,但要解决村治主体与村庄社会对接的问题。洋县的选派干部制度在行政选拔和行政输入之间插入村主职干部助理环节,通过松紧有度的筛选机制、通才导向的培养机制、因能而异的流动机制建立了以组织培养为前提的村治主体再造办法。村庄社会结构的弱化和裂化、群众路线中的规则嵌入、扩大的熟人社会与关系嵌入三者共同保证了选派干部与村庄社会的有效对接。通过调动村庄内生资源、优化干群关系、改变治理方式、转换治理目标,选派干部在实现治理有效的基础上,积极探索村庄经济社会发展空间。制度的后续运动需要保证村主职干部助理的锻炼学习力度、提高产业发展的规划研判力度、强化县乡政府的统筹协调力度。

    A new round of dilemma of the absence of village governance agents appears in the agricultural villages in the central and western regions under the Background of Rural Revitalization,which is manifested in the problems of "nobody ruling the village" and "ruling the village without means", and a multi-faceted governance crisis is brewing. In the case of weak in the village,the administrative supply idea is feasible, but the problem of the connection between the village governance agents and the village society must be solved. The assigned cadres system in Yang County inserts assistant to the village chief between the administrative selection and the administrative input. Through flexible selection mechanism, generalist-oriented training mechanism, and mobility mechanism that varies according to ability,it has established a method of administrative reconstruction of village governance agents that based on training by the organizations. The weakening and cracking of the social structure of the village, the embedding of rules in the mass line, the expanded acquaintance society and the embedding of relations together ensure the effective connection between the assigned cadres and the village society. By mobilizing the village's endogenous resources, optimizing the relationship between cadres and the masses, changing governance methods, and changing governance goals, Assigned Cadres actively explore the economic and social development space of the village on the basis of effective governance.The follow-up movement of the system needs to ensure the training and study of assistant to the village chief, improve the planning and judgment of industrial development, and strengthen the overall planning and coordination of the county and township governments.

    题目: 育儿经济成本的阶层差异

    The Class Differences in Economic Cost of Childrearing

    摘要:在社会分层与代际地位再生产理论视角下,以抚育孩子对家庭经济生活的影响程度作为测量指标,使用2010—2018中国家庭动态追踪调查数据,考察育儿经济成本的阶层差异。研究发现,家庭的教育地位、经济地位和职业地位对家庭抚育孩子的经济成本具有不同性质的影响;更高的受教育程度、更低的经济收入或者体制外就业的家庭,抚育孩子的经济成本更高;育儿经济成本的年龄段分布因阶层而异,3—5岁孩子的经济成本更高,尤以低收入家庭为甚。建议在精准施策、有效降低家庭育儿成本的同时,关注中、低阶层的社会流动期待和对孩子教育、抚育质量的追求,以促进家庭发展、促进整个社会的均衡可持续发展。

    Under the theoretical perspective of social stratification and intergenerational status reproduction, this article takes the influence degree of rearing children on family economic situation as the measurement indicator, and uses the data of“Chinese Family Panel Studies”from 2010 to 2018 to examine the class differences in economic cost of childrearing. According to the findingsthe families' educational status, economic status and occupational status have different effect on economic cost of childrearing. For the families with higher educational level, lower economic income or employment outside the system, the cost is higher. The distribution varies with the children' age groups, children who aged 3-5 cost more, especially in the low-income families. The implication of these results is that policies should be designed targetedly to lighten the burden of childrearing, meanwhile, attention should be paid to the social mobility expectation and the pursuit for education and childrearing quality among low and middle class families, hence promote the balanced and sustainable development of the families and even the whole society

    题目:信息技术与组织再生产:适应性结构化理论的产生与发展

    Information technology and organizational reproduction: the emergence and development of adaptive structuration theory

    摘要:适应性结构化理论是美国传播学研究中具有代表性的研究成果,但是并没有受到中国传播学界的关注。本研究试图通过对相关文献的梳理,为相关领域的学者提供参考。该理论回答了企业、政府以及小型组织场景中信息技术、社会结构和人际互动三者之间的相互作用过程。因此该理论的一大特征就是兼顾了各类组织在传播活动中的结构和行动。本研究在理论溯源的基础上,系统分析了适应性结构化理论的理论基础、核心变量、在西方的发展与应用。最后本文还简要回顾了该理论在中国的研究现状,以及展望其应用前景。

    Adaptive structuration theory is a representative research result in American communication studies, but it has not received much attention from Chinese communication studies. This study attempts to provide a reference for scholars in related fields through a review of relevant literature. This theory answers the process of interaction between information technology, social structure and human interaction in business, government and small organizational scenarios. Therefore, a major feature of the theory is that it takes into account the structure and actions of various types of organizations in communication activities. This study systematically analyzes the theoretical foundations, core variables, development and application of adaptive structuring theory in the West on the basis of theoretical tracing. Finally, it briefly reviews the current status of the theory's research in China, as well as the prospects for its application.
